Complaints Procedure and Whistleblowing

Following the amalgamation of Hounslow Heath Infant and Nursery School and Hounslow Heath Junior School, we are preparing a new Complaints Policy document for Hounslow Heath School. This will be uploaded to this page, with further information as soon as it is available. This Contact Us page includes key contact details and names for the Headteacher, SENDCO, Data Protection Officer, Health and Safety Coordinator and Chair of the Governing Body.   

Hounslow Heath School takes its responsibilities regarding whistleblowing seriously and fully adopts the London Borough of Hounslow  Whistleblowing Policy. The policy and procedures protect members of staff across the borough reporting anything wrong, illegal or neglectful.  This policy is available below:
