Concerns Procedure, Complaints Policy and Whistleblowing

We ask that Parents/Carers follow the school's Concerns Procedure to ensure the school can address concerns promptly and appropriately before escalation to the formal complaints procedure.

This Contact Us page includes key contact details and names for the Headteacher, SENDCO, Data Protection Officer, Health and Safety Coordinator and Chair of the Governing Body.   

Hounslow Heath School takes its responsibilities regarding whistleblowing seriously and fully adopts the London Borough of Hounslow  Whistleblowing Policy.
